Chase Woessner is originally from New Orleans, Louisiana. His journey to practicing law began at the University of Mississippi with a Bachelor’s Degree in English, followed by earning his Juris Doctor and his DCL diploma back in his home state at LSU’s Paul M. Hebert Law Center. During his time at LSU, he received the Phelps Dunbar Scholarship and was a research assistant to Professor Michael J. Malinowski. Chase also volunteered at New Orleans Mission while in law school, where he assisted and counseled program participants with their legal issues in the area of parole and re-entry.

Prior to joining the team at Brian Caubarreaux & Associates in 2023, Chase practiced in civil liability defense and transactional areas. Chase now lives in Lafayette with his wife, where they enjoy the outdoors and spending time with their family, friends, and dog. He is licensed to practice in Louisiana and is a member of The Inns of Court of Acadiana, the Lafayette Bar Association, and the Louisiana Bar Association.

As an attorney at Brian Caubarreaux & Associates, Chase’s areas of practice are primarily in personal injury and workers compensation. He is excited to work with Brian and the Do It Right team to ensure all injured clients get the compensation they deserve.
